We offer in-house repair and rebuilding of wire bonders, pull testers, small presses, and other kinds of semiconductor assembly equipment. Board level repair can be done on many component systems.

Periodic maintenance contracts are also available. For many users, this option will minimize the need for on site technical staff and prevent normal wear and tear from becoming an operational or product quality problem.

On-site repair calls can be scheduled. We will respond to machine-down situations whenever possible.

Spares are available for many K&S bonders, including new servo motors for the K&S 1419 and K&S 1470 machines.
